You can now pre-order afternoon Samsung Galaxy S9 in addition to Galaxy S9+ from night Microsoft store and go free shipping starting March 16.

The phones ship besides the usual Microsoft apps preinstalled - Word, Excel and OneNote - together with a few additional ones - Skype and at Microsoft Launcher.

Both phones are unlocked. You can pre-order in Galaxy S9 for $719.99 and the Galaxy S9+ for $839.99. These suit the official prices in addition to shipping dates for night US.
